K T is a natural life Coach. She has enthusiasm to keep you going when times are tough. She has clarity and vision and she enables you to take giant steps where you feared to tread in the past. Her YES philosophy makes you believe in yourself at the highest level. She is insightful and helped me make many discoveries about myself which helped me remove barriers which were blocking my progress.
My life has changed so much for the better and I have a new career now where feel confident and I am looking forward to the future.
I am writing to thank you for helping me to get through what has surely been my most personally challenging few months to date.
I found myself in a situation where the support I could turn to was not sufficient to see me through, and I needed someone who I could unburden myself with and who could both understand and coach me with practical steps to find a path through. Being a very experienced teacher as well as a coach made you the perfect person to turn to; along with your unbridled enthusiasm.
Now that I am through that period I would like to thank you for your persistence, good advice, and encouragement. I found it difficult to see the fact that for the most part I was working extremely well, and that the main issue is that I did not allow myself to enjoy that part of my job.
Importantly for me, you also gave me some points to focus my effort and attention on when I would not have been able to make a choice myself (something about wood and trees). By then I could start to clearly see the progress I made between coaching calls and that it is both normal and acceptable to have an undone list. The trick is to see it as a reason for waking, rather than a reason for running a mile, and I have made some steps in that direction.
I would recommend you to other newly qualified teachers or anyone who is finding too many demands upon their time or a lack of satisfaction with their work. I wish you well with the business and thank you for your generosity. I know that I will be calling upon your services again during my first few weeks of my first year of being a fully fledged teacher as that will be a whole new challenge.

KT has the skills and ability to observe and listen to her pupils. She recognises the child's potential and abilities then she gives the right encouragement and motivation for the child to flourish.
She is the only teacher we know who could do an extra lesson on Friday after school and have a class full of eager, willing pupils who moaned when the lessons were over. Every child should have KT in their lives.
You gave my boy confidence. He believed in himself and went on to senior school a confident young man. You helped him with strategies which enabled him to develop to write with a confidence that he lacked. He became more focussed and he felt he could go forward.
